European Building Products has a strong and experienced international engineering team. In addition to the standard range of classic EPDM seals (centre seals, glazing profiles, U-profiles, injected corner profiles etc.) EBP develops in co-operation with the customer, mainly specific and application targeted seals in both the hard and hard/soft (co-extrusion) implementation. For colour options there is the choice between in mass or colouring via co-extrusion.

The range is completed with EPDM-rubbers with metal reinforcement and self-adhesive, soft E, P, D and P profiles available in different colours.

In addition, EBP has the capabilities to carry out a number of processes such as siliconisation, incision, punch out, printing, colour lines…

Our high-quality plastic profiles are developed by our R&D department, in co-operation and in accordance with the specifications and requirements of our customers. The choice of materials (PVC, ABS/ASA, TPE, PMMA, etc.) and the optimal techniques are determined by the function of the application and the requirements of the customer.

In addition, the plastic sections can be finished during the production process or through additional processing. Adhesive strips, protective foils, drillings, punch out, custom cut, trim with supplied material form the options available.

The profiles are produced in requested colours in accordance of RAL or Pantone references.

The range of sealing brushes is extensive and includes brushes produced using traditional methods and also using the latest innovations and technologies.

Both the brushes with woven basis as well as brushes with extruded basis are available with and without PE/non-woven intermediate film and both in self-adhesive and non-self-adhesive version. Our standard brushes are manufactured with 100% polypropylene multifilaments.

In addition, combinations of polypropylene multifilaments with nylon monofilaments are available with the option of different densities.

We offer the most suitable brush composition and manufacturing techniques whatever application is required.
